Workshops on Creating a Compassionate Community Slated for April 21 in Hawkins Hall
The second-annual Title IX Community Collaboration Workshop, “Learn, Support, Grow: Creating a Compassionate Community Together,” will be held Saturday, April 21 beginning with registration at 10:45 a.m. in the Hawkins Hall lobby.
A variety of workshops on issues of injustice, self-care, systemic dysfunctions, oppression and more will be held beginning at 11:25 a.m. in Hawkins and wraps up with a photo by the pond at 3:10 p.m.
A “Serenity Room” will be open in Hawkins 131 throughout the day for anyone feeling overwhelmed by topics or those who need a break.
