Workshop Aims to Help Participants Manage Health Conditions For Healthier Living
The Eastern Adirondack Health Care Network, part of the comprehensive services offered at SUNY Plattsburgh’s Center for Neurobehavoral Health, will host a free six-session workshop on living healthier.
Campus and community members who are 18 or older and have ongoing health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, high blood pressure, and anxiety will learn how to better manage their conditions, how to deal with fatigue and pain, how to get a better night’s sleep, how to prevent falls and more.
The six-week workshop, co-sponsored by the network and Clinton County Office for the Aging, will be held from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays, March 1 through April 5 at the United Way building, 45 Tom Miller Road, Plattsburgh.
