Women's Outdoor Track and Field Team Receives All-Academic Recognition
The women’s outdoor track and field team has been named a 2011 Division III All-Academic Team, the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced Wednesday.
The Cardinals join SUNY Geneseo and Oneonta State as the three State University of New York Athletic Conference representatives on this year’s list. Plattsburgh boasted a cumulative grade point average of 3.29 to earn this latest distinction.
A total of 111 institutions earned recognition as a result of a cumulative team grade point average of 3.1 or better.
