Rosi Cummings of the women’s volleyball team has earned a spot on the State University of New York Athletic Conference East Division All-Conference Team announced Tuesday.
Cummings earns second team honors after leading the Cardinals in kills (362), kills per set (3.26) and attack attempts (1,075). She finished second on the team with 292 digs and third-best with 34 total blocks.
“I’m very proud of Rosi and her accomplishments this season,” said Plattsburgh State
head coach Dena O’Connell. “She deserves the honor and has worked extremely hard this
year to be successful.”
Tuesday’s announcement marks the first All-SUNYAC honors of Cummings’ career. She
becomes the tenth Cardinal in school history to earn all-conference honors, joining
