Tuesday Reflection Examines America's Financial System and How to Change It
The Tuesday Reflection series presents “Why We’re All Screwed: Austerity, Suicide and the Collapse of the Social Contract” Tuesday, Oct. 24, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in the Cardinal Lounge, Angell College Center.
Dr. Richard Robbins, distinguished professor and co-chair of anthropology, will examine why our financial system is designed to benefit a small elite and punish the rest, and what society needs to do to change it.
This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided by College Auxiliary Services.
