Three Women's Soccer Team Members Take All-East Region Honors

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (Dec. 9, 2010) – The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) announced its NCAA Division III all-region teams on Thursday, with three members of the Plattsburgh State women’s soccer team earning NSCAA/Performance Subaru All-East Region honors. Junior midfielder Lindsey Keyser was named to the first team, while senior defender Erin Norris and senior forward Liz Radigan were selected for the third team.

Keyser registered 17 points on seven goals and three assists this season. She tallied three game-winning goals for the Cardinals in 2010. This marks the first All-region honor for Keyser, who was also named first team All-SUNYAC last month.

Radigan, a two-time all-region player, earns third team honors with eight goals and three assists for 19 points. She has left her mark on the Cardinal record book, reaching second all-time in career goals (45) and career points (104).

Norris is named to the All-East team for the first time in her four-year career. She anchored a Cardinal defense that led the State University of New York Athletic Conference, allowing only 0.74 goals per game and posted 12 shutouts in 19 games.
