'The Hunting Ground' Screening to be Held April 23
The Gender and Women’s Studies department will host a free screening of the new documentary, “The Hunting Ground” Thursday, April 23 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in Room 200, Yokum Lecture Hall.
From the Academy Award-nominated filmmaking team of Kirby Dick and Amy Ziering, “The Hunting Ground” is an expose of rape crimes on U.S. campuses, institutional cover-yups and the toll they take on students and their families.
A question-and-answer session will follow the screening.
