SUNY Plattsburgh Hosts Annual Fall Arts and Crafts Fair
The 42nd annual fall arts and crafts fair at the SUNY Plattsburgh Field House will be held Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 8 and 9, beginning at 10 a.m. each day.
Admission to the fair is $3 for adults and free to children under 12 and SUNY Plattsburgh students.
From its humble beginnings when vendors set up tables in the halls of the Angell College Center to today, when more than 140 artisans and crafts people will fill the gymnasium selling everything from etched wine glasses and mugs to alien creature toys, the craft fair has long been a prelude to the Christmas shopping season in the North Country.
