SUNY Plattsburgh College Council Holds Annual Summer Meeting
The SUNY Plattsburgh College Council will conduct its next meeting as part of an annual retreat Monday, July 27, in the Valcour Educational Conference Center, 3712 State Route 9 in Peru.
Open to the public, the meeting will begin at 2:30 p.m.
During the session, the council will consider the following commendations:
-Dr. Timothy Mihuc, Monica Ciobanu, Elin O’Hara-Gonya, Michael Cashman, Gregory Withrow, and Lisa Frennier on receiving the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence.
-And recently retired employees for their service to the college.
The Council will consider adoption of the resolution honoring Arlene Sabo, chief of University Police, on her retirement from SUNY Plattsburgh.
It will also consider the adoption of the resolution to name the Au Sable Hall Lobby in honor of David and Susan Zebro.
The next meeting of the College Council will be held Monday, Sept. 24 in the Hermes Conference Room, Au Sable Hall, SUNY Plattsburgh.
