Rabbi Talks About Career Path From Sports Producer to Temple
A Major League Baseball sports producer and Class of 1979 mass media graduate will discuss the career path that led him to his becoming a Jewish rabbi Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 7:30 p.m. in Yokum 208.
Rabbi Danny Price returns to his alma mater to talk about being a MLB sports producer and his decision several years ago to begin rabbinical studies. Now a rabbi in southern Connecticut, Price will reminisce about his time as a student at SUNY Plattsburgh.
The talk, which is free and open to the public, is sponsored by the Jewish Studies Program, the Alumni in the Classroom Experience grant, the Plattsburgh College Foundation and the Plattsburgh Alumni Association.
