Proposed SUNY Tuition Increase Information

A Message Regarding the Proposed SUNY Tuition Increase:
The SUNY Board of Trustees recently proposed a tuition increase for both undergraduate and graduate students, effective for the Spring 2009 semester.
The increase is in response to severe state budget deficits that have been forecast for all state agencies and departments, including SUNY.
If the increase becomes official, we will notify you via e-mail and also online at my.plattsburgh.edu. Some students may be eligible for additional financial aid based upon this increase.

Until we receive additional information that the increase has been approved and will be implemented, tuition will remain at the current rate.
