Plattsburgh State Art Museum Presents Girl Scout Day Saturday, May 3

Girl Scout troops are invited to join the Plattsburgh State Art Museum in a fun-filled day of badge work.

“Girl Scout Day” will take place Saturday, May 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Plattsburgh State Art Museum in the Myers Fine Arts Building on the SUNY Plattsburgh campus.

The program will begin with a guided tour of the museum, followed by hands-on art workshops on painting. These workshops are designed to coincide with and fulfill badge requirements. The program does not include badges.

Registration is free. Reservations are required and must be received by April 28. These can be made by emailing [email protected] or calling 518-564-2498. Please note that these are booked by troops, not individual scouts.

Plattsburgh State Art Museum is located on the SUNY Plattsburgh campus. It exists to collect, study, preserve, exhibit, interpret and publish original works of art.
