Plattsburgh State Art Museum Announces New Exhibits
PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (Jan. 28, 2010) -- Two new exhibits are about to open at the Plattsburgh
State Art Museum.
"Adolph Dehn: Works on Paper" will run from Feb. 5 to March 28 noon-4 p.m., daily,
in the Burke Gallery of the Myers Fine Arts Building on the college campus. The exhibit's
opening will take place on Feb. 5 from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
The second exhibit, SUNY Plattsburgh's Bachelor of Arts Senior Exhibition will run
from Feb. 26 to March 28 in the Myers Lobby Gallery, Myers Fine Arts Building. This
space is open all day long on a daily basis. The exhibit's opening will be announced
in the near future.
In addition, the Rockwell Kent Gallery has reopened, following the return of the portions
of the Kent Collection that were on tour at the New York State Museum and the Brandywine
River Museum. Closure of the space allowed for renovations and the reinstallation
of these works.
