Panel to Discuss Immigration and Refugees in North Country
The forum, “Plattsburgh Cares: Our North Country Refugee Crisis,” will be held Sunday, Oct. 22, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Giltz Auditorium, Hawkins Hall.
This forum will feature City of Plattsburgh Mayor Colin Read, immigration lawyer David Gervais and Janet McFetridge, Village of Champlain board of trustees member and representative of Montreal’s Solidarity Across Borders, a Montreal-based migrant-justice network.
