Novelist Sophfronia Scott to Read from Latest Book
The English department will host a reading by novelist Sophfronia Scott Thursday, Oct. 19, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Champlain Valley Hall Commons.
Scott will read from her newest novel, “Unforgivable Love: A Retelling of Dangerous Liaisons,” a story based in Harlem during the 1940s.
“Unforgettable Love” was featured as a top pick in the Oct. 2 issue of People magazine.
This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
