Norchi Claims ECAC Upstate Weekly Lacrosse Award
Kyle Norchi of the Plattsburgh State men’s lacrosse team has been named Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Upstate Offensively Player of the Week for the week ending April 3.
Coming off the heels of earning SUNYAC weekly honors, Norchi picks up ECAC honors
for the second time this season. Norchi became the Cardinals’ all-time leading scorer
over the weekend, scoring three goals against Oswego. His career point total now stands
at 255, passing the previous mark of 253 set by Luke Weidlein.
The Cardinals return to action Wednesday, hitting the road to face Saint Lawrence
for a non-conference game at 7 p.m.
