Local Artists Discuss Work at Closing Reception Sept. 10
The Plattsburgh State Art Museum will host a closing reception with signature members of the American Watercolor Society in the Joseph C. and Joan T. Burke Gallery and Winkel Sculpture Court Sept. 10 from 4 to 6 p.m.
The event features artists Ann Pember and Mina Angelos discussing their artwork, and cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the adjoining gallery. It is free and open to the public.
