Essex Theatre Company to Perform "Nunsense" at SUNY Plattsburgh
PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (January 22, 2009) - The SUNY Plattsburgh theater department announces a one-night-only performance of "Nunsense," the musical written by Dan Goggin and performed by the Essex Theatre Company, on Saturday, Jan. 31 at 7:30 p.m. in Hartman Theatre, Myers Fine Arts. Tickets will be sold at the door. Prices are $5 for general admission and $2 for SUNY Plattsburgh students. Only student tickets will be sold in advance at the Angel College Center desk.
"Nunsense," directed and choreographed by Jacqueline Robertin, is a hysterically funny musical about the trials and tribulations of a group of five nuns. The cast features the talents of Laura Whalen, Jacqueline Robertin, Dana Bergman, Gigi Carroll and Jessica Schaefer.
