Essay and Video Contest to Celebrate Archival Finds
SUNY Plattsburgh Special Collections is encouraging local participation in a national contest for individuals who’ve made important discoveries in the college’s archives.
The contest, “I Found It in the Archives,” is a national essay and video contest that encourages researchers to share how archival materials touch people's lives.
Individuals who have found something noteworthy in Special Collections are encouraged to share their discovery in the form of a written essay or video.
Entries must be submitted before Jan. 15, 2012. Interested individuals may contact Debra Kimok, Special Collections librarian, at [email protected] or 518-564-5206.
