Egyptian Film, 'The Square,' First of Gender, Women's Studies Film Series
The Gender and Women’s Studies Film Series presents “The Square” Thursday, Sept. 29 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in Room 206, Yokum Lecture Hall.
“The Square” is about a group of Egyptian revolutionaries who battle leaders and regimes, risking their lives to build a new society of conscience.
The series, free and open to the public, is being held in collaboration with the class, “Gender, Sexuality and Politics in the Middle East.”
