College Council to Recognize Upward Bound, Canadian Studies for Golden Anniversary Milestones
The SUNY Plattsburgh College Council will hold its regular September meeting in the Thomas and Marie Hermes Conference Room, Au Sable Hall, Monday, Sept. 26 beginning at 1 p.m.
In addition to regular reports by President John Ettling, Acting Chair Salvatore Graven, Student Association President Michael Kimmer and committee chairs, the council will entertain resolutions commending Dr. Peter Sayles for distinguished service as a member of the council from 2009 to 2016, congratulating the Upward Bound Program, the Canadian Studies Program and the Center for the Study of Canada on celebrating their 50th anniversaries this year.
The college council meeting is open to the public. The next meeting will be held Monday, Nov. 14 at 1 p.m. in the Hermes Conference Room.
