College Council Meeting to Feature Presentation on Mumps
PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (April 5, 2010) -- The SUNY Plattsburgh College Council will hold
its next regular meeting Friday, April 9, at 1 p.m.
in the Videoconferencing Room 416, located in Sibley Hall on the college campus.
The meeting will feature a presentation by Dr. Kathleen Camelo, director, Center for
Student Health and Psychological Services, on the recent mumps outbreak and a report
by graduate student Angel Acosta on the Global Scholars Program. There will also be
updates with information on the executive budget’s impact, fall 2010 admissions and
the Bright with Promise fundraising campaign.
In compliance with New York state's Executive Order No. 3 to provide Internet access
for all public meetings, the public can watch the live webcast of the meeting. The

The meeting is open to the public, and all are welcome. Parking is available in the
lot at the rear of the building, accessible via George Angell Drive off from Rugar
Street.
