Club Caribbean Street Jam Sept. 3 Offers Entertainment, Games
A section of Rugar Street, from Memorial Hall to the entrance to Sanborn Avenue, will be closed from 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, for SUNY Plattsburgh’s Club Caribbean Street Jam.
While most of the Street Jam activities will take place at Amite Plaza between Angell College Center and Myers Fine Arts Building, the club plans to host a parade along that portion of Rugar Street. The festival, featuring food and entertainment, is open to the public.
