Chinese Association Brings Chinese Cuisine to Food Festival
The Chinese Association at SUNY Plattsburgh will host a Chinese food festival, Saturday, Nov. 18, from 5 to 7 p.m. in Algonquian Dining Hall.
Bubble tea, Szechuan hot pot chuanchuan, scallion pancake and braised Chinese cabbage in chicken soup are among the traditional and modern Chinese cuisine that will be served during the festival.
Tickets are $6, and the event is open to the public.
