Admission is free, however seating is limited so please arrive early to ensure your seat.
STRATA consists of three performers: Nathan Williams, clarinetist; Audrey Andrist, pianist; and James Stern, violinist/violist. The three first met while studying music at the Julliard School in the late 1980s. All three musicians have won numerous awards and honors and have been featured soloists with major symphonies. STRATA has performed at Strathmore Hall in Maryland, in the Berkeley Chamber Performances in California, and in New York's historic Maverick Concerts.
Independent Coast Observer hails the ensemble as having, "superb technical skills...the musicianship was exhilarating."
The Kingston Daily Freeman said, "Musically, the layers can be combined in many different ways. The distinct sound of the group comes from a unique combination of instruments and talent."
