Cauchon Tabbed ECAC Upstate Player of the Week
Kris Cauchon was named Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Upstate Player of the Week for the week ending April 24, marking the first time he has received such honors.
Cauchon hit .619 (13-for-21) with six runs scored and nine RBI in a 5-1 week for the Cardinals. The junior of Colchester, Vt. picked up at least one hit in all six games and went 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI against Oneonta on Thursday.
In a three-game series sweep of Oswego on Friday, Cauchon was a combined 8-for-11 with seven RBI and four runs.
