The nutrition department faculty is comprised of three full time faculty members and several adjunct lecturers and instructors, all with extensive professional experience in addition to academic expertise. The majority of faculty are Registered Dietitians and all bring with them experience in several different areas of the dietetic profession. The educational diversity and interests of the faculty make for a well-rounded program and allows the students to benefit from a wide range of professional experiences.
