Dr. Vahe Permzadian
Lecturer of management
Dr. Vahe Permzadian joined the School of Business and Economics in Fall 2019. He is a Lecturer of Management in the Management, Information Systems, and Analytics Department. Dr. Permzadian previously held an assistant professor position in the Psychology Department at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He completed his Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University at Albany, State University of New York.
Dr. Permzadian’s primary areas of research can be categorized in the domains of organizational socialization and goal setting. One of these areas concerns the various processes that facilitate newcomer adjustment during organizational socialization. The other research domain concerns the self-regulatory processes that affect goal setting in work and achievement settings.
