Trouble-Reporting Procedures for Computer Labs and Classrooms
We rely on your assistance in keeping our facilities clean and running smoothly.
To that end, we ask that you follow the procedures outlined below and report any malfunctions or problems you discover with our facilities.
You can continue your class in spite of the hardware/software failure.
Contact us by sending an email to [email protected], to let us know of the problem your currently experiencing.
Hardware/software your class depends upon fails to work properly.
We have installed phones in all of the computer and smart classrooms for your convenience. If there is an emergency (for example, you cannot continue your class) please dial our emergency contact number (x2230). This number is on a label on each phone. Please call from the room rather than your office. We have students answering this line from 8 am to 11 pm during the semester. These students know how to contact technicians immediately and get them to the room so your class can continue. Technicians are available from 8 am-9 pm.
