Employment Eligibility Verification


The I-9 form is required by federal law to show eligibility to work in the United States. To complete the verification process, original documents must be presented with the I-9 (photocopies are not acceptable). One document from List A, or a combination of one document from List B and one from List C is required. Student workers must submit the completed form and original documentation to the Payroll Office.  State employees must submit the completed form and original documentation to the Human Resource Services office.
