Direct Deposit Of Your Paycheck

Student Work Study and Temp Service employees can now sign up for direct deposit. The form can be downloaded here. Read the instructions, fill out the form, and return it to the Payroll Office on the 9th floor of Kehoe.

New York State Direct Deposit Form

What are your responsibilities?

  • Inform Payroll of any changes in your banking information.
    (Example: account # change; change of bank). Late information will result in funds being deposited into wrong account.
  • Inform the Payroll Office of any change of address either by email or in person in Kehoe Room 904 because our records are not connected to banner.
  • Restart direct deposit every academic year. It will stay active between fall and spring semester.
  • A voided Check MUST be attached to the Direct Deposit Form.

Credit Union Members and Saving Accounts

Bring Direct Deposit Form to Credit Union for required information and return completed form to the Payroll Office.

Joint Account Holders

If parent/legal guardian or any other person is on the account, they also need to sign the Direct Deposit Form.

Other Information

If you are on both work study and temporary services both checks would be direct deposited.
