From creating a new account to making a cash transfer.
Use SUNY Business Intelligence (BI) System to access all account activity and identify overspending or available balances. Monthly monitoring will allow you to assess you progress throughout the fiscal year.
When changes to your accounts need to be made you can submit an allocation, cash, and/or expenditure transfer to the Budget and Financial Reporting Office to make corrections and/or adjustments to your account.
