Budget Suggestion Box

The most important resource we have at the college is YOU — the talented and dedicated faculty, staff and students who make up our community. We know that many members of our community have good ideas that can help us to save money and find new sources of revenue. We also recognize that we need to have a structure in place to collect and analyze these ideas to find those of greatest benefit to the institution, and that we need to share the results of this with you. Below, please find a couple of ways that you can share your ideas with us.

This suggestion box has been created to collect ideas from the campus community to assist the campus in addressing our current budget situation. All ideas are welcome and should be consistent with SUNY Plattsburgh's mission, vision and six strategic directions as outlined below.

For reporting purposes, we ask that you categorize your ideas as revenue generating, cost management, controls or business process improvements or other.
