SUNY Business Intelligence ("BI") is a web-based application developed by SUNY Central that will replace SMRT and certain SUNY Legacy functions. It consists of multiple financials dashboards. BI is our campus’s financial reporting tool used to view and monitor your departmental budgets and related expenditures.

The Center for Neurobehavioral Health is certified by the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) to provide Home and Community Based Services (HCBS). CHOICES is a the portal used by providers and families to submit approvals, life plans, and other service related documentation.

How do I gain access to CHOICES?
If CHOICES access is appropriate for your role, complete OPWDD's User ID and System Access Request Form.
This form is signed by both the user and the executive director or designee. For the Center for Neurobehavioral Health ("Center"), the form would be signed by Michael Morales, interim executive director or designee, Maris Liberty, director of programs.
