Our office provides both walk-in and phone support, with average waiting times of under five minutes. We can also order warranty parts for all products we are certified to repair.

All labor to repair your computer is covered by the $50 fee. We will not charge extra no matter how long the repair takes.

Unlimited Support for the semester. That's right - you can call or walk in for support as many times as you need to during the semester. You will not be charged an additional fee.
