The Group Activity Room on the bottom floor of Memorial is used by the Fitness Center for group exercise classes (spinning, boot camp, CORE, kick boxing); open time for fitness center members for individual work-outs; the recreational program for martial arts. Recognized student groups can reserved time for practices when room is not scheduled for department programs..
Student groups from the previous year will be emailed to submit scheduling requests for the fall each August and in January for spring sremester. New groups will be accepted only if space is available after current groups are scheduled. Open times for Fitness Center members will be available to use the boxing stand or for individual workouts. Schedule is posted weekly by the Activity Room and e-mailed to student groups who are scheduled each semester.
Groups using activity room agree to abide by the following regulations when using the activity room for practices. Failure to follow the regulations, present semester scheduling will be canceled and future requests will be denied.
