It may depend on your personal goals and the field you are pursuing. The career counselors in the Career Development Center can assist you with getting information to make the best decisions.
We suggest you attend the general Graduate School workshop and then follow up with an individual appointment.Find out about the general timetable for application. The application process can be time-consuming and includes writing admissions essays/ statements of purpose . Learn what affects admissions decisions. Doing well on the graduate entrance exams is an important part of getting accepted.Find out about options for financing your graduate education including graduate, teaching, and research assistantships.
