- About Plattsburgh
Through the Cardinal Connections Program, SUNY Plattsburgh students can tap into a wealth of knowledge of our alumni that compliments what is being taught in the classroom.
The program also promotes and sponsors various career workshops and events, including: the Distinguished Visiting Alumni program, Dress for Success Fashion Show, Career Night, Cardinal Graduation Expo, Senior Reception, Alumni Speaker Series, career networking panels and workshops, and the annual Etiquette Dinner.
The Cardinal Connections Program also helps connect students with alumni through an online database. This resource currently includes over 1,000 alumni who have volunteered to help students with career networking and career advice. The network also serves alumni who may be interested in exploring a new career or advice on how to move ahead in their current field.
If you are a student and want to learn more about how to access the online database of Cardinal Connections volunteers, contact Kerry Chapin, Assistant Director for Alumni Relations at 518-564-2090 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
