Paul Deal, Assistant Professor, Counselor Education.  Dr. Deal received his B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy (2002) from Eastern University. He then received his M.S in Counselor Education (2010) as well as his Ph.D. in Counselor Education (2014) from Loyola University, Maryland. 
Bob Drake, Assistant Professor, Teacher Education, Undergraduate.  Dr. Drake received his B.S. in Elementary Education from Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis (1976). Later, he received his M.S. in Elementary Education/Mathematics Education from Indiana University in Bloomington (1978). He also received his Ed.D. in Curriculum & Instruction, Mathematics/Science Education, from Indiana University in Bloomington (1987).
Angela Durant, Assistant Professor, Nutrition.  Ms. Durant received her A.S. in Math and Science from SUNY Adirondack (1994). She received her B.S. in Food and Nutrition with a minor in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University (1996). She is a Dietetic Internship Graduate from Aramark Healthcare Support Services in New York City (1997). She then received her M.S. in Human Nutrition from the University of New Haven (2007).
Theresa Knott, Associate Professor, Social Work.  Dr. Knott received her B.A. in Sociology, cum laude, from the University of Toronto (1994). She received her B.S.W., cum laude, from York University (1998), and her M.S.W. from University of Toronto (2001). Dr. Knott also received her Ph.D. from the University of Toronto (2008).
Jennifer Thate, Assistant Professor, Nursing. Ms. Thate received her B.S. in Biology/Chemistry, cum laude, from Messiah College in Pennysylvania (1996). Ms. Thate received her B.S. in Nursing (1999) as well as her M.S. in Nursing  in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program (2002) from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a Ph.D. candidate of Villanova University of Pennsylvania with an expected completion date of December 2016.

Ms. Appel received her Bachelor’s in Biology from Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, New York (1961). She received her M.S. in Education also, from Brooklyn College (1968). Ms. Appel then received her Professional Diploma in Educational Leadership from Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York (1985). 
Stephanie Boswell-Davies, Adjunct Lecturer, Nursing (spring 15).  Ms. Boswell-Davies received her A.S. in Nursing (2000) and A.A. in Humanities and Social Science (2000) from Clinton Community College. She later received her B.S. in Nursing from SUNY Plattsburgh, New York (2002) and her M.S. in Midwifery from Philadelphia University, Philadelphia (2013). 
Tammy Braun, Adjunct Lecturer, Human Development and Family Relations (Spring 15).  Ms. Braun received her A.A.S. from Empire State College (1990) and her B.S. in Allied Health Sciences and Clinical Instruction (2004)  from Empire State College. Ms. Braun received her M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Plattsburgh (2011).

Dr. Blake received her Ph.D. in Technology Management from Indiana State University (2015), her M.S. in Industrial Management from Central Connecticut State University (2001), and her B.A. in American Cultural Studies from Bates College (1998).
Tung Cu, Lecturer in the Management, Information Systems, and Analytics Department in the School of Business and Economics.  Dr. Cu received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University (2008), his M.B.A. from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand (1999), and his B.S. in Information Technology (1999) and B.E. in Chemical Engineering (1995) from National University, Vietnam.
Christina Dimitriou, Assistant Professor in the Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management Department in the School of Business and Economics.  Dr. Dimitriou received her Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration from Texas Tech University (2012), her M.S.S. in Tourism Policy and Management from University of Birmingham, England (1996), and a B.S. in Tourism Business Administration from Technological Educational Institute in Greece (1995).
