Digital Millennium Copyright Act Agent
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act, enacted in October 1998, provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that their rights under US copyright law have been infringed. The agent, in consultation with college officials, will investigate and take action for all copyright infringement claims. Pursuant to the Act, SUNY Plattsburgh has designated an agent for notification of copyright infringement claims.
Read the College's DMCA policies (dealing with information technology, copyright, and related matters).
