FELONY ARREST POLICY

Approved by Executive Council April 5, 2011

A student who serves the public in a field placement and/or serves the public in an on-campus facility
who is arrested for a felony and not placed on interim suspension by the President will be considered
for immediate suspension from these activities by the Dean and chairperson of his/her program until
charges are adjudicated.
