Academic Recognition

Each semester an EOP Academic Recognition Ceremony honors EOP students with semester and cumulative grade point averages (GPAs) of 3.0 or higher.

Students can also qualify for membership in Chi Alpha Epsilon, an established national honor society for opportunity program students.

In addition, each year the program honors one or two program students who excel both in the classroom and in their service to the program, college, and community.

Annual office awards recognize the contributions and professional distinction of college staff, students, EOP alumni/ae, and guidance counselors.
