The Educational Opportunity Program (E.O.P.) provides academic and financial support to New York State residents with a high school diploma or its equivalent, and who do not meet general admissions criteria, but have the academic potential to successfully complete a college degree program.

Using specific admission and financial aid criteria, E.O.P. is offered to students who have demonstrated financial need and the potential to do college work in non-traditional ways.
