The Governor's Office of Employee Relations Online Learning Center contains useful information for New York State employees including self-study courses and other resources employees may find helpful in performing their jobs.NYS & CSEA Partnership for Education and Training's Skills for Success Courses - Courses are scheduled from mid-October through mid-December across the state and are available at no cost to employees or your agency. With supervisory approval, employees can apply for courses scheduled near their worksite.

You can also take the online course "Ethics and NYS Employment" which explains the guidelines established by the 1987 Ethics in Government Act
