All employees who rent vehicles from Enterprise Rent-A-Car will find the attached additional terms and conditions and authorization to expedite purchase form helpful when renting vehicles.
The terms and conditions have been recently negotiated due to a number of problems renters have encountered. The Authorization to Expedite form for Enterprise will expedite the approval process in the Purchasing office.
Employees who utilize Enterprise are encouraged to save the authorization form and adhere to the procedures listed on the bottom of the form. Questions or problems with Enterprise Rent-A-Car should be directed to the Purchasing office.
