Management Services Office at Plattsburgh State
What We Do
The Management Services Office is responsible for several areas of the college. Management Services oversees telecommunications and cabling throughout campus, the approval and processing of new and continuing affiliation agreements on behalf of academic departments, and acts as general liaison for the Business Affairs Division and community, including agencies.
The Management Services office is responsible for coordinating the following:
- Research and fact-finding process in support of small and large liability issues, questions, and claims
- Appropriate procedure for accepting gifts on behalf of the College
- Revisions of the Campus Handbook
- Professional development and training programs for the Business Affairs Division
- Process of periodically updating parking regulations with Campus, System Administration, College Council and the Board of Trustees
- Strategic Planning within the Business Affairs Division
- Special projects assigned by the Vice President for Business Affairs
- Coordination of campus policies and procedures
