What is this service?
You can communicate directly with Feinberg Librarians when you're doing research from home or working in another computing facility on campus.
Service Hours
Monday-Thursday: 10:00a.m. - 9:30p.m.
Friday: 10:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Saturday: 1:00p.m. - 5:00
Sunday: 1:00p.m. - 5:00p.m. and 6:00p.m. - 10:00p.m.

Ask a Librarian utilizes AOL's Instant Messenger (AIM) service
1. Download and Install
AOL's Instant Messenger
from the AOL site.
OR
Use
AOL AIM Express or Quick Buddy
(java enabled browser required) and set-up an account
2. Add PSUIRef to your buddy list:
OR
with Instant Messenger go to People then click "send an Instant Message" to PSUIRef.
OR
with Aim Express/Quick Buddy click IM and send to PSUIRef.
3. When requested provide your PSU username-- then begin your session with the Librarian

-- AIM is not supported by Computing Support Services, questions on the AIM service itself should be directed to the Help service at the AIM Download site.
