2007 (Sophomore): Recorded 1,063 assists, ranking seventh in SUNYAC with a 7.65 average…had a personal best of 293 digs…named to Hartwick All-Tournament Team.
2006 (Freshman): Earned a starting job immediately…posted 862 assists in 138 games for a 6.25 average…led freshman on the team with 51 aces…also had 214 digs… selected to the Hartwick All-Tournament Team.
High School: Earned three letters at South Side...volleyball coach was Cherly Scalice…2004 all-conference…2005 all-county…helped team capture conference championship in 2003…won Nassau County and Long Island titles in 2002, and made the County Finals in 2005…all-tournament performer at Herricks Invitational and Carle Place Classic…team captain as a senior…played club volleyball for Xcel, Long Island Big Apple and Club Asics Long Island, serving as a captain…honor roll student.
Personal: Born Susan Mary Bodkin on June 9, 1988, in Rockville Centre, N.Y…parents are Brian and Karen...sister, Amanda, played on the Lafayette College volleyball team from 2003-04…majoring in hotel, restaurant and tourism.
