2008 (Freshman): Contributed 10 kills and 28 digs in 40 sets played...posted two kills and a dig during her season debut against Saint Michael’s on Sept. 2.
High School: Won six letters in volleyball (3), basketball (2) and softball (1) at Ballston Spa…all-county in volleyball during junior year, when the team advanced to the regional tournament…squad finished third at Sectionals during both sophomore and senior seasons…played club volleyball for North Country Albany Juniors for three years…also competed in AAU and CYO Basketball and ASA Softball…member of wind ensemble band that performed at senior centers, town parades as well as concerts in Hawaii and Florida.
Personal: Born on March 10, 1990, in Schenectady, N.Y….parents are Mark and Darcy…father owns a dental laboratory and mother is a director of public relations for the New York State Public Employees…nickname is Chytown…active in community service as a teenager, singing Christmas carols with her high school basketball team…enjoys reading, playing recreational sports and spending time with friends…communications major.
