Bills for the first semester of enrollment are provided in the orientation packets. The packet is given to new students when they first check in at International Student Services. Payment of the first semester's bill is required no later than the 14th day of the semester. The actual deadline date can be determined by using the academic calendar.
During orientation, there are opportunities for new students to ask questions about their bill and payment options. The staff members in Student Accounts, as well as orientation leaders, will be pleased to help.
Wire Transfer to Pay Bill
Students may wire payment of their bills using the following information:

When wiring money to pay a bill, please remember to including the following information:
- Your full name = Last / Family Name, Given / First Name
- Your Banner Identification Number (provided on your acceptance letter)
Please send only payments for your student bill using this information. DO NOT SEND FUNDS FOR PERSONAL USE TO THIS ACCOUNT.
Payment Plan
If you cannot pay the bill in full, the Student Accounts office offers payment plans. With an application fee of $35 per semester, the Plan allows bills to be paid in the following ways:
- Two equal installments throughout one semester, OR
- One initial payment of one-half the amount due, with three smaller payments over the course of each semester
